Our process is based on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Phases. This is the standard methodology in starting, completing, and maintaining software/application projects both in desktop and mobile. However, we can be flexible and agile for small/minor projects.

Step 1: Data Gathering & Requirement Analysis

Our expert Analyst will meet client/customer to perform thorough data gathering. Then, will generate Functional Specs to ensure that all requirements are all covered.

Step 2: Systems Analysis and Design

Our Software Architects will perform thorough scoping to understand the software requirements. Then, will generate Technical Specs as a design of the system.

Step 3: Proper Coding

This is the stage where our Engineers will start the development process. They will work based on the guidance of the Technical Specification document.

Step 4: Testing and Validation

We will perform rigid testing and validation. This activity is based on test cases generated by our QA Engineers. The goal is to release a product that is free from critical and major bugs and it follows client requirements.

Step 5: Deployment and Go Live

After the client signs off. Our Project Managers will immediately execute deployment to the production environment. After which, we will perform smoke testing. Then, it’s a Go Live.

Step 6: Support & Maintenance

Our project team will provide support during operation. Maintenance is being provided as well for stability and enhancements.
